Eighteen years ago, Ricky and Pauline Cheung took over Mai Ling, the local Chinese restaurant in the heart of Barton-upon-Humber. They renamed it Water Margin after Barton being beside the Humber river, and began progressing their a small family business. Since then, Water Margin has become one of the most popular Chinese eateries in the area, boasting a 4.8 star average rating from dozens of customers on social media, as well as featuring in the newspaper.
With over twenty years of experience in the food industry, owners and chefs Ricky and Pauline certainly know what they're doing when it comes to creating incredible tastes. Their expertise allows them and fellow chefs to create faultless dishes, with a perfect blend of flavours every time.
